Efficiency is critical – Not only do we work quickly, but we use technology to make your life easier. If you have a lot of employees, we can set up online scheduling for your company’s scheduled photo day.  We have instant image viewing and selection, online delivery, and more that will make sure that you aren’t stuck fielding dozens of emails from your team about the photos afterward. We can take the workload from you.

4-9 People - $89 per person

Group Photo Photography

We can photograph your entire staff all together for a team photo.  You can choose to have us come to your location, or make an appointment at our indoor studio.  If your group is larger, and exceeds our background limitations, we can create a custom composite.  This is also helpful if your staff changes frequently.  When a composite is created, you can remove and add employees as needed. 

2-6 People - $149

It is recommended that you set aside 30 minutes of shooting time. Available in our studio, or on location at your business*.

7-20 People - $199

It is recommended that you set aside 1 hour of shooting time. Available in our studio, or on location at your business*.

20+ People - Call for a quote

Available on location at your business*.

Compositing Groups - $35 per person

Available in our studio, or on location at your business*.

*Mobile Studio - $150

We can bring our mobile studio to your business and photograph your group headshots at your location.  You can choose one of our predetermined backgrounds that we bring, or use your location as the background to your images. 12' by 15' foot of open floor space and 8 foot ceilings are needed to accommodate our background and lighting equipment.

Event and high volume headshots

Do you have a trade show or conference coming up?  These are great places to take advantage of a place to get great headshots.  It enables companies with a large, geographically diverse workforce to get stunning and consistent headshots. Having a headshot station at an event also works as an awesome marketing tool for vendors and sponsors. 

Event and high volume headshots are priced by either a half day or full day pricing structure.  A half day is up to four consecutive hours, while a full day is up to eight consecutive hours. We are able to photograph up to 20 people an hour.  

ITEM - HALF DAY/FULL DAY

Headshot Station - $1600/$2500

We can set up a backdrop and lights at your trade show or conference for a headshot station. 

One Site Image selection - $200/$400

A must have for large groups!  We will guide every person through viewing their headshots immediately after photographing them and assist them in selecting their favorite image.

Instant delivery - $200/$400

You will really impress your employees or convention attendees with instant delivery.  Each person will be able to select their favorite image from our order station and email it to themselves immediately on site.  

Retouching - $15 per image

Depending on your needs, you may want to provide a fully retouched image for each person we photograph.  This includes blemish and shine removal, and lightening dark circles under eyes.   (Not available with Instant delivery)
